Yes, paid for a £525 room overlooking Tower Bridge and it's epic. Have lunch/dinner at Aquashard, use the infinity pool and drinks at any of the bars on the 38th(?) floor or hutong in the hotel itself. Bathrooms and view amazing, bed v comfy. Best hotel I've stayed in London. But ought to be for the price.

TBF The Grange, especially the St Pauls one, is more of a business hotel, it's where all of our Yank guys stay when they are over here, so you often get good deals at weekends as it's busier during the week.
Which Galvin are you going to??

I always use booking.com to reserve hotels and I think cause I've used the site so often I got a discount, either that or the hotel was just having a 50% off sale.
Stayed at this hotel before and its pretty decent.

Staying in London this weekend with the Mrs at The Grange, St Paul's for our anniversary. Dinner tomorrow night at Galvin at Windows. Got an immense deal on the hotel considering its a 5 star.

Quoted £700 for a premium room but that's everything for the night thrown in.

Not stayed but work round the corner, rooms look quite small for the price from what I've seen but every room has an amazing view. Pretty sure when I looked they were asking for like £600+ for one night for a basic room??? Its called Shangri-La hotel, they're usually top notch so imagine this one would be the same.
If you don't ever want to go right to the top but still see amazing views of the city and beyonf then head up to Aqua in the shard for a couple of drinks.
